15 years of experience in lending and banking added to the Heritage Bank Team
[SIOUX CITY, IA] – Heritage Bank N.A. is proud to announce that Tammy Tharp has joined the bank as Credit Manager. Tammy will be based in the downtown Sioux City area.
As a Credit Manager in Heritage Bank’s unique Team of Three sales approach, Tharp will be working with a Relationship Manager and Business Associate to service the Sioux City clients. The Credit Manager’s responsibility is to ensure loan quality and perform on-going monitoring of each portfolio. “With many years of experience in lending and her knowledge of banking, we are excited to have Tammy as part of our team,” Dave Brown, Heritage Bank Market President, states.
Heritage Bank has $400 million in assets with clients spread throughout northwestern Iowa, the southern half of Minnesota, and eastern South Dakota. “We have established a strong business banking team in Sioux City and we look forward to continuing our existing relationships and building more relationships in the Siouxland area,” Brown said.
Tharp has called Siouxland home for 20 years. She is a native of Hastings, Nebraska and a graduate of Briar Cliff College with a Business Administration degree and a minor in Mathematics. She, her husband, Mike, and their daughter live in South Sioux City. Tammy is a member of the Sioux City Growth Organization, past president of Covington PTA and currently involved in the South Sioux City School Booster Club.
