Our loans with escrow accounts are analyzed once per year to make sure we have sufficient funds to pay taxes and insurance throughout the year. This affects customer payments starting with the July mortgage payment. Customers have the option to either pay the shortage payment (if any) in one lump payment by June 16/17, 2018, or it will be added into the current monthly escrow payment (which is attached to the monthly mortgage payment).
Coupon books will all be sent out the weekend of June 22nd. Coupon books should arrive to the customers that utilize the Coupon Book Payments right before the July 1 payment is due. If you would like to send your payment in prior to receiving the new coupon book, you are welcome to do so. Please specify with your payment that you are paying for your Escrow Shortage, so we can assure the money is applied correctly to your account.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you received an Escrow Disbursement (Refund) and are unsure what to do with it, please contact your Financial Advisor, someone in Mortgage Servicing or your Mortgage Loan Officer. Any questions regarding Escrow, please contact our Mortgage Servicing Department.
