Heritage Bank N.A. is excited to announce the hiring of Brian Zech as a Business Relationship Manager in Sioux City.
“Brian is well-suited for the Sioux City market as he specializes in commercial real estate and has worked with all aspects of operating and equipment loans,” Market President Dave Brown said. “The expertise he brings is a perfect fit with our Business Banking team.”
As a Relationship Manager in our unique Team of Three approach, Zech will lead the development of client relationships with the support of a Portfolio Manager and Business Associate. “The strength of our team allows Brian the opportunity to meet with clients, while the internal processes are being managed by professionals within the bank.” Brown said. “We focus on building relationships on a foundation of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.”
Zech has an accounting degree from the University of Kansas and now makes his home in Sioux City. Prior to relocating, Zech was passionate about his involvement with Habitat for Humanity and is looking forward to becoming involved in the vibrant Sioux City community. Zech is also an avid outdoorsman and is always searching for the best areas for hunting and fishing.
